Apply for a Grant
Thank you for visiting our application page! We are so glad you have considered applying and would love to hear from you. The Foundation awards scholarships for private art and music lessons, instruments and art supplies, summer programs and college tuition in amounts up to $500. We review grants four times per year. Application deadlines are March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st. Scroll down for instruments you might apply for.
The application for a grant can be filled out and submitted electronically (below) or a hard copy can be mailed to the Foundation at:

Steps for applying:
1. Download the Application form from the light gray button below.
2. Fill out the document, either by typing into it electronically, or by printing off the pages and filling them out by hand. If you choose to print off the pages to write on, please scan the application when completed so that you can submit it electronically or mail it to the address above.
3. Submit all of the necessary documents in the form below, attaching the completed application form, your biography and statement describing need, your letter(s) of recommendation, and any optional artwork or music samples to contribute to your application.
4. Click submit and all forms will be sent to us. You will know the documents were submitted because you will see a page that says, "Thank you for applying!"
